Big Green Egg Grilling Class

Join us for a Big Green Egg grilling class at Specialty Gas House on July 18th! This class is presented by Carfagna's Italian Market and will focus on the Big Green Egg grill, but it will include various aspects of grilling/smoking whether you own a Big Green Egg or not.

This class will be hosted by Chef Damian Buck. Damian is a friend of the shop and has proven his BBQ expertise by winning 18 BBQ Competitions including Grand Champion & People's Choice Champion at the 2022 Ohio Eggfest.

Not only will you be learning some great recipes and techniques, but you'll also be supporting a great cause. 100% of the proceeds from this class will benefit cancer research through The James Cancer Hospital.

What to Expect:

This is a very informal, educational setting. Just show up, relax and enjoy the sights, smells AND taste of backyard cooking at its finest. We'll provide some beverages, but feel free to bring your favorites to enjoy.

Giving Back:

This event isn't just about cooking; it's also about making a difference. The class is a $10 donation, and 100% of the proceeds will benefit Cancer research, prevention & treatment at The James Cancer Hospital.
