Gozney Pizza Demo/Class Fundraiser

Join Specialty Gas House for a live-fire pizza demonstration and fundraiser at Standardized Brewing featuring Big Paul on the Grill (Paul Jimenez).

Big Paul on the Grill & Specialty Gas House will be firing up the Gozney pizza ovens and sharing tips, techniques, and insights for making incredible pizza and other grilling dishes at home. Throughout the evening, he’ll demonstrate how the Gozney pizza oven works, walk through the pizza-making process, and cook a variety of items while talking through the techniques that make great pizza possible.

Guests will get to watch the cooking demonstrations, learn about live-fire pizza making, and sample the food coming off the grills during the event.

This is a relaxed, informal demonstration, so grab a drink from the bar, hang out, and enjoy a fun night of pizza, grilling, and community. 100% of the proceeds benefit childhood cancer research & support through the PaulieStrong Foundation
