Road to Ohio Eggfest: Big Green Egg Night with Damian Buck

Join us at Specialty Gas House for a fun laid back night of live fire cooking, cold drinks, giveaways and Big Green Egg cooking with Damian Buck!

Damian is a longtime friend of the shop and one of the most accomplished Eggfest cooks around, winning over 20 BBQ competitions including Grand Champion and People’s Choice Champion at The Ohio Eggfest.

This won’t be a formal cooking class, just a great night hanging out, learning recipes and techniques, tasting incredible food and talking BBQ with a cold drink. Whether you own a Big Green Egg or just love good backyard cooking, this night is for you.

Not only will you be learning some great recipes and techniques, but you'll also be supporting a great cause. 100% of the proceeds from this class will benefit cancer research, prevention & treatment through The James Cancer Hospital.

What to Expect:

This is a very informal, educational setting. Just show up, relax and enjoy the sights, smells AND taste of backyard cooking at its finest. There will be food samples, beverages, giveaways throughout the night and plenty of opportunities to ask questions and learn from Damian as he cooks.

Giving Back:

This event isn't just about cooking; it's also about making a difference. The class is a $25 donation, and 100% of the proceeds will benefit Cancer research, prevention & treatment at The James Cancer Hospital.
